This Privacy Policy explains how Packniti (“Packniti”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit packniti.com (the “Site”), request a quote, or otherwise contact us about custom rigid box manufacturing. It applies to visitors, prospective customers and customers based in India and abroad.

By using the Site or submitting a form to us, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit your details to us.

1. Who we are

Packniti is a custom rigid box manufacturer based in Delhi, India, serving brands across India and export markets.

a) Information you give us directly — primarily through the “Request a Quote” form on the Site, or when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email:

  • Email address
  • WhatsApp / phone number
  • Delivery city
  • Details about the product you want packaged: packaging category, quantity, required timeline, box style preference, fitted-insert requirement, finish preference, whether artwork is ready, and product dimensions if known
  • A product photo or reference link, if you choose to share one
  • Any other information you choose to include when corresponding with us

b) Information collected automatically — when you browse the Site, we and our third-party service providers may automatically collect:

  • Device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location
  • Pages visited, time spent on the Site, and referring website
  • Interactions with the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4)

We do not knowingly collect payment card details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal data through the Site. Please do not include such information in the quote form or in any message to us.

3. How we use your information

We use the information collected to:

  • Respond to your quote request and prepare a recommendation, quotation and delivery plan
  • Contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email to discuss your requirements, share samples/proofs, and confirm orders
  • Process, manufacture, quality-check and deliver orders you place with us
  • Maintain records of enquiries and orders for customer service and accounting purposes
  • Improve the Site and understand which pages and content are useful to visitors
  • Where enabled, measure the effectiveness of our advertising and show relevant ads on other platforms (see Section 4)
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain quote-request and order information for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, fulfil an order, meet accounting and tax requirements, and resolve any disputes — and thereafter for a reasonable period consistent with applicable law. You may ask us to delete information that is no longer needed for these purposes; see Section 8.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information we hold, including restricting access to those who need it to do their job and using secure connections (HTTPS) on the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law — including, for individuals in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — you have the right to:

  • Ask us what personal information we hold about you and how it is used
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information

The Site is intended for businesses and individuals sourcing packaging on a commercial basis and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International visitors and export orders

We serve customers across India and export markets. If you contact us from outside India, your information will be processed in India and may be transferred to service providers in other countries as described in Section 5. By contacting us, you consent to this processing.
